To maximise the uptime, effectiveness, and safety of our plant, we are looking for a highly skilled, results-oriented, and visionary Head of Maintenance. Implementing advanced maintenance techniques, spearheading digital transformation projects, and cultivating a continuous improvement culture are all made possible by this leadership position.

Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be solely in charge of managing all facets of maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, and facilities maintenance, in your capacity as Head of Maintenance at our Chennai manufacturing facility. You will create and carry out thorough maintenance plans, manage budgets, guide and coach a productive workforce, and guarantee the optimum operation and dependability of all plant machinery, equipment, and infrastructure. Your capacity for strategic planning, effective leadership, and achieving measurable gains in OEE, cost reduction, and safety performance will all be greatly improved by this position.

Skills:
demonstrated dedication to operational excellence, quality, and safety.
substantial familiarity with and expertise in CMMS/EAM systems.
Outstanding coaching, motivating, team-management, and leadership skills.
