Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets for the specific line.
Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on the line.
Provide guidance, training, and support to line operators.
Track production output and report on line performance.
Maintain accurate production records for the assigned line.
Skills
Strong understanding of production processes on a line.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Good problem-solving skills related to line operations.
Basic knowledge of quality control procedures.
