Experience Requirement : 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in Any Specialization
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Configure and run CNC (VMC) machines to create superior parts.
Make quality control inspections of final items with measuring devices like a height gauge and a vernier calliper.
Utilise computer software to program CNC milling and grinding processes.
To reduce downtime, keep an eye on machine performance and troubleshoot problems.
Keep thorough records of all production runs, including the use of materials and tool modifications.
Skills:
1 to 3 years of expertise with lathes, milling machines, CNC machines (VMC machines), or other comparable machinery.
Any specialisation diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. degree from an accredited university.
ability to use computer software to program CNC milling and grinding processes.
strong familiarity with measurement devices, such as height gauges and vernier callipers.
