Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive CNC machine configurations for a range of machining tasks.
CNC programs can be loaded and retrieved into the machine controllers.
Before delivering the first-off part to operators, troubleshoot and fix setup-related issues to make sure it satisfies all quality criteria.
Find areas where processes may be improved, then work with production engineers to put those improvements into action.
Make small modifications and regular preventative maintenance inspections on CNC machines.
Give CNC operators direction and instruction on machine operation, quality assurance, and fundamental troubleshooting.
Skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills for machining processes and part quality issues.
High level of attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
Proficiency in using a wide range of precision measuring instruments.
Role: CNC Setter
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: 10th, 12th or Above
