Responsibilities
Serve as the intermediary between executives and clients, both internal and external. Perform the duties of answering phones, taking messages, and forwarding emails. Respond to inquiries and requests in a proper manner. Organize meetings, set up appointments, and send out reminders. Plan a journey. Record minutes, take dictation, and properly input data. Observe office supply purchases and look for good offers or vendors. Make presentations, briefings, and reports. Create and implement a productive system for filing and documenting.
