macbook air 2015 model software replace centre in chennai

this laptop shows,question logo when turn on ,we faced this type of problem manytimes.one is software problem.
other one is hdd problem .but we can,t assure either are,without diagnosing .once upload osx in, without getting trouble to runs, after finalise
what to do in that.but this modelwas software problem.
