Setting of CNC turning/Milling machine
Troubleshooting of problems
Setting tools arrangement
First part approval and Productionising
Operator Training
continual Improvement
Process optimisation
Ensuring safe work environment
Ensuring 5S on Shop floor
Correct problems in set-up, non-conformance,
Tooling selection and machining processes.
Fixture concept working
Handle manufacturing operations, from raw materials to finished product packaging.
Assist in the training of trainee operators and operators.
Follow all safety rules and procedures including lock out tag out.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
