Responsibilities and Duties
Inspections and Troubleshooting: Identify potential hazards, faults, or issues.
Repairs and Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical fixtures, AC's, and other building components.
Carpentry and Painting: Handle various carpentry tasks, such as repairing doors, furniture, or fixtures, and perform painting for touch-ups or facility upkeep.
Equipment Upkeep: Maintain and repair facility appliances.
Facilities Management: Perform general upkeep, such as cleaning, grounds maintenance, and fixture assembly/removal.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company safety regulations and conduct safety checks.
Record Keeping: Maintain logs of completed maintenance work, equipment status, and potential hazards.
Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance requests for unplanned repairs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Hands-on Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment.
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to diagnose basic problems and find effective solutions.
Communication: Ability to report issues, follow instructions, and communicate with supervisors and team members.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Safety Awareness: Thorough understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
