Responsibilities:
Assign the Maintenance Department key performance indicators (KPIs) and keep an eye on them.
Put in place effective work order management systems to organise, monitor, and conclude maintenance assignments.
Encourage a proactive, safety-conscious, and problem-solving culture in the maintenance division.
Maintain ideal stock levels and make sure spare parts and essential components are procured efficiently to avoid production delays.
Encourage energy-saving projects and environmentally friendly upkeep techniques.
