Job Description
We are looking to add a highly qualified and experienced CNC Setter to our Chennai precision manufacturing team. You will be in charge of precisely and effectively setting up CNC machines for production runs, guaranteeing peak performance, high-quality parts, and compliance with production timelines. Along with a strong sense of accuracy and a dedication to safety, this position demands extensive technical understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and operations.

Responsibilities
Set up entire CNC machines for a range of machining tasks.
The machine controllers can be used to load and retrieve CNC programs.
Make sure the first-off part satisfies all quality standards before delivering it to operators by troubleshooting and fixing setup-related issues.
Find ways to improve the process, then work with production engineers to put the ideas into action.
On CNC machines, make small changes and do regular preventative maintenance inspections.
Give CNC operators direction and instruction on how to operate machines, do quality assurance, and perform simple troubleshooting.

Skills:
Outstanding troubleshooting abilities for problems with part quality and machining operations.
strong focus on accuracy and a high degree of attention to detail.
ability to use a variety of precision measuring tools with ease.

Educational Qualification: 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 3+ yrs
