Job Description
Primary Task: To set up, operate, and maintain various machine tools to produce precision parts and components according to engineering drawings and specifications, contributing to the manufacturing process with accuracy and skill.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate a variety of conventional machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, shapers, and drilling machines.
Adjust machine settings such as speeds, feeds, and depths of cut to achieve desired results.
Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet drawing specifications.
Assist in basic troubleshooting and minor repairs of machine tools.
Maintain and organize personal and shared tooling.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.

Required Abilities:
Good understanding of machining principles and techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in machining operations.
Basic problem-solving skills related to machining processes.
