Mechanical Fresher QC jobs at chennai 2026

Job description :

Perform incoming inspection (IQC) of mechanical components as per drawings, specifications, and AQL standards
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, gauge effectively,Zigs/Tools
Identify and segregate non-conforming materials (NCM)
Maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation (IR, MIS, traceability records)
Conduct defect analysis and communicate issues to internal teams and suppliers
Coordinate with supplier/vendor quality teams for rejection closure and corrective actions
Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of inspected materials
Maintain calibration status of measuring instruments.
Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools like Why-Why and Fishbone.

Pay: 15k to 35k per month

Work Location: In person
