Job Summary:
We are hiring Medical Billing Associate for our International Voice Process US Healthcare. The role involves handling calls with insurance providers, following up on claims, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate reimbursement processing as per US healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and follow-ups

Handle inbound queries related to medical billing and claim status

Review and analyze accounts to resolve billing discrepancies

Ensure timely resolution of denials and pending claims

Document call details and update billing software

Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and US healthcare compliance standards

Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Skills Required :

Strong English Communication

Good Typing Speed & Data Entry Skills

Basic Knowledge of US Healthcare & Medical Billing

Ability to Handle Voice Calls with US Clients / Insurance Companies

Problem Solving & Analytical Skills

Attention to Detail & Accuracy

Knowledge of Denial Management & Claims Follow-Up
