Key Responsibilities:

Medical Claims Processing Submit and manage insurance claims for US healthcare providers.

Charge Entry & Payment Posting Ensure accurate coding, billing, and payment reconciliation.

Denial Management Identify and resolve claim denials with insurance companies.

Insurance Follow-up Work on A/R follow-ups to ensure timely reimbursements.

Compliance & Documentation Maintain accuracy while following HIPAA, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS standards.

Coordination Work with physicians, insurance companies, and internal teams to streamline billing processes.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of experience in Medical Billing & RCM (US Healthcare).

Strong knowledge of insurance claim submission, EOBs, and denial resolution.

Familiarity with medical billing software (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, NextGen, Epic).

Experience handling commercial and government insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, UHC, etc.).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Certified Medical Biller (CMRS/CPB) is a plus.
