Medical Billing Team is looking for Payment Posting Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Post payments accurately into the appropriate practice management or medical billing system from a variety of sources.
Accurately and promptly process insurance and patient refunds while making sure all necessary paperwork is submitted and approved.
To take into account modifications to internal procedures or payer regulations, examine and update posting procedures on a regular basis.
Reach or surpass the daily and weekly production goals for the volume and precision of payment postings.
Keep yourself informed about developments in the industry that affect payment posting, payer-specific policies, and payment procedures.

Skills:
able to read Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs) and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) with ease.
Knowledge of basic coding concepts (CPT, ICD-10) and standard medical billing language is advantageous.
basic comprehension of the various payment methods and reconciliation procedures.
