Responsibilities
The responsibilities include overseeing accounts receivable for hospitals, doctors, and healthcare providers in the US, and working closely with the team captain to ensure that client deliverables meet predetermined quality standards. This role involves responding to rejections, denials, and LOAs (Letters of Authorization), amending claims as necessary, and contacting insurance companies while documenting actions in the claims billing summary notes. Additional duties include checking emails for new information, identifying and reporting issues to the direct supervisor, maintaining up-to-date production logs, and strictly adhering to company policies and procedures.
