Job Description
Responsibilities
ICD-10-CM, CPT, and other pertinent coding criteria should be used to accurately assign Inpatient Diagnosis Related Groups (IPDRGs) to patient records.
Examine patient medical records, including test results, doctor's notes, and other pertinent documents, in order to correctly diagnose and perform operations.
Data Abstraction: For the purposes of coding and payment, extract pertinent patient information from medical records.
Compliance: Make sure that all relevant payer policies, rules, and coding requirements are followed.
Help with the examination and settlement of rejected claims pertaining to inpatient coding by providing denial management assistance.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Location: In and Around Chennai
