Job Description
Responsibilities
- Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain and update financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Transaction Recording: Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in a timely and accurate manner.
- Invoice and Payment Processing: Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of financial statements such as profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review and audit purposes.
- Account Reconciliation: Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other financial discrepancies to maintain the integrity of financial records.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Tax Payment and Deadlines: Ensure timely and accurate payment of taxes and strict adherence to statutory deadlines to avoid penalties or interest charges.

Qualification: Any Degree related to Accounting and Finance
