Job Description
Responsibilities
Exposure to automotive parts, manufacturing, and quality-related operations is necessary.
Understanding of the IATF / TS 16949:2016 Quality Management System and Practice, as well as QC Tools.
Proficiency in PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, SPC, 7QC, SOP, and QUALITY COST CONTROL. EXPT FOR DESIGN ANALYSIS
Leading the team and providing guidance in identifying factors for a cross-functional team.
Line in process problem analysis, Poka Yoke, Continuous Improvement, 3C, 5S, and documentation and records maintained. CAPA, Supplier Audit, PPM Control, Rating, and New Source of Suppliers. Six Sigma.
