Job Description
A highly qualified and driven HCC Medical Coder is needed to join our team. In order to guarantee proper payment for medical services, you will be essential in accurately coding patient medical records as an HCC Medical Coder.

What you will do:
Review medical records to identify and accurately code diagnoses using the Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) system.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of HCC codes to meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
Stay updated on the latest coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of coding activities.
Collaborate with other team members and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and efficient coding processes.

What we need:
Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
In-depth knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and HCC coding principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
