Job Summary

New Product Development on CNC turning and VMC machines

This candidate should have expertise on both CNC and VMC both.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Operate & programmed CNC Fanuk Controller Turnmill center & VMC Fanuk Controller

2. Daily production monitoring

3. Production in-charge of the whole plant inclusive of all preliminary operations related to CNC and VMC

4. Should be able to train new technicians/operators

5. fixture development

6. production planning

7. breakdown and maintenance planning

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1. Minimum of 2 years of machine operating experience.

2. Should have either a Diploma or equivalent certifications

3. Should have knowledge of operating Fanuk Controller.

4. Mastercam or equivalent CAM software knowledge would be an added benefit.
