Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

Requirements:
Use a variety of platforms to find and evaluate applicants (job boards, social media, referrals).
To determine a candidate's suitability, conduct preliminary screening interviews.
Interviews should be scheduled and coordinated with hiring supervisors.
Oversee the new hires' onboarding procedure.
Create and put into effect HR policies and processes.
Verify adherence to all relevant labour laws and rules.
Determine and organise training and development initiatives for staff members.
Organise programs for staff orientation.

Skills:
HR expertise: in-depth familiarity with HR laws, policies, and practices.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and written communication abilities.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: The capacity to assess circumstances, resolve issues, and reach wise conclusions.
Time and Organisation: Excellent time and organisational abilities.
Confidentiality: Keep employee information strictly confidential.
