Responsibilities:
Comply with established protocols and rules that are pertinent to our Chennai operations in order to process and manage data accurately and quickly. Tasks like data entry, form processing, document verification, and internet research may be part of this.
In order to ensure data integrity in our records located in Chennai, we must examine and confirm information for accuracy and completeness, detecting and fixing any mistakes.
Utilise a variety of software programs and tools to efficiently complete jobs inside our Chennai environment.
Adhere closely to process workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee quality and consistency in all non-voice tasks.
Ensure that processed information is easily retrieved and that documentation standards in Chennai are followed by keeping thorough and well-organised records of it.
Determine complex problems or inconsistencies and report them to the relevant teams or managers within our Chennai team for prompt resolution.

Skills:
Good time-management and organisational skills to effectively handle processing tasks and meet deadlines in our Chennai office.
fundamental understanding of computers and experience with Word and Excel from the Microsoft Office Suite. It is beneficial to be knowledgeable with the specific data processing software that Chennai uses.
the ability to dependably and correctly follow instructions and procedures.
