Job Description
Responsibilities
Consistently plan and organise production engineering procedures to generate high-quality goods.

Create process enhancements to make the most use of resources and equipment to increase output.

Keep track of and update performance records for quality control and daily productions.

Assigning tasks to operators based on their shifts or days.

Recognise hazardous procedures and activities and promptly notify the manager of them.

Provide workers with environmental guidelines and safety protocols.

Offer engineering assistance for maintenance and production tasks to guarantee optimal output.

Make sure to work with the designated minimum WIP stock.

Make sure that the requirements on the shop floor adhere to the IMS and 5S guidelines.

Conduct engineering analysis to minimize disruptions and downtime.

Assess the actions involved in production now and offer suggestions for enhancements.
Role: NPD Engineer
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I
Salary: From 15K per Month to Previous Work experience
