Job Description
Primary Task: To oversee and carry out crucial duties in the medical billing cycle, making sure that claims are submitted accurately and on time, payments are posted, and follow-up actions are carried out in order to maximise income for Chennai's healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter patient demographics, insurance information, and medical coding details (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) into the billing system.
Ensure claims are compliant with payer-specific guidelines and regulations.
Monitor claim status and resolve any submission errors or rejections.
Investigate and resolve denials by correcting errors, submitting appeals, or obtaining necessary documentation.
Track denial trends and recommend process improvements to prevent future denials.
Manage patient accounts, including sending statements and addressing billing inquiries.

Required Abilities:
Proficiency in using medical billing software and EHR systems commonly used in Chennai.
Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve billing issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English
