I am a civil engineer worked in higher position (Engineering Consultancy line) in Gulf and presently settled in Chennai. As I had a bitter experience with my building contractor while constructing my own house when I was in Gulf, I have decided that I must do something to the who wish to construct new buildings and civil related works.
