Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee, control, and enhance the complete moulding division, including the injection moulding machines, auxiliary tools, and mould control.
Diagnose intricate moulding flaws and put efficient preventative and remedial measures in place.
Oversee the setup, replacement, and upkeep of injection moulds, making sure they are handled, stored, and cared for properly to prolong their lifespan.
Oversee the root cause analysis (RCA) of quality non-conformances and put strong fixes in place.
Reduce waste and maximise the use of raw materials.
Skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, especially for complex technical issues.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems

Qualification: Any BE/CIPET Graduation
