Job Description
Responsibilities

Complete design drawings in Solid Works or a comparable drafting tool and produce prototypes to advance the development through its design stages. Manage projects and keep Design History Files (DHF).
The creation of production procedures, bills of materials, inspection techniques, and component specifications.
Introduction of new equipment, materials, and technology.
Oversee and direct project activities to guarantee that objectives are met on schedule.
Assessments of product performance.
Through the filing of disclosures and patents, support the team's inventiveness and ingenuity.
Schedule frequent goal meetings and record actions and minutes.
Adherence to corporate, regulatory, and quality-related rules and procedures.
