Responsibilities:
Manage every facet of the paint shop operations at our manufacturing site in Chennai, making sure that production schedules are followed, workflow is effective, and finishes are of a high calibre.
Maintain cost-effectiveness and reduce waste in our Chennai facility by managing and optimising the usage of paints, chemicals, and consumables while abiding by regional environmental laws.
Diagnose painting flaws and process problems, then put effective corrective and preventative measures in place to keep our Chennai paint business producing high-quality work.
Control paint and consumable inventory levels to guarantee prompt delivery and reduce stockouts at our Chennai facility.
at order to increase productivity, quality, and lower expenses at our Chennai paint business, we must assess and incorporate new painting technologies, tools, and supplies.

Skills:
strong knowledge of process optimisation techniques, defect analysis, and quality standards in paint shop operations.
demonstrated team management and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and nurturing a talented paint shop crew in Chennai.
Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to handle operational and quality issues in the paint shop.
