The Perioperative Problem-Based Medicine course at the Apollo Simulation Centre (ASC) is designed to enhance the skills of healthcare professionals in managing the perioperative care of patients. This one-day program provides a systematic approach to preoperative optimization, risk stratification, and the management of postoperative complications. It emphasizes a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to perioperative care, ensuring that participants understand the pathophysiology of surgical stress, anesthesia dynamics, and recovery room management.
