JD:

This is a full-time role for Freshers - DME and BE Mech Mechatronics

located in Chennai - Ambattur

Key responsibilities
Machine Setup: Set up and prepare CNC/VMC machines, install and align tools, fixtures, and
work pieces, and adjust machine parameters like speed and feed.
Operation: Operate the machine to cut, shape, and form metal parts based on engineering blueprints
and specifications.
Quality Control: Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet precision and quality
standards, which may involve using measuring tools and making necessary adjustments.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating,
and troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure smooth production.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine performance, and maintenance
activities.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Required skills and qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma or equivalent, often with vocational training or an
ITI/Diploma in a relevant field like Mechanical Engineering.
Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read and interpret blueprints, knowledge of
CNC programming (including G-code), and familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
Experience: Previous experience in setting up and operating CNC/VMC machines, including
experience with different controls like Fanuc and Siemens.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments to optimize
performance.
