Are you a Chennai-based, highly analytical, and process-oriented AR analyst with extensive knowledge of US medical billing, a track record of conducting in-depth denial analysis, seeing trends, and creating winning plans to maximise collections and expedite the revenue cycle?

Become a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analyst and join our cutting-edge team in Chennai. Analysing intricate accounts receivable data, determining the underlying reasons for denials and underpayments, and working with several teams to put solutions into place that improve collection effectiveness and optimise income for our US healthcare clients will all be crucial tasks for you. For a strategic thinker who is enthusiastic about using data to solve problems in the RCM space, this role is perfect.

Responsibilities:
To identify important regions of income loss, use a variety of billing system reports.
Work on appeals for difficult or high-value refused claims, making sure that the right paperwork and clinical justification are included.
In team meetings, report findings and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
Work closely with AR Callers to inform their follow-up tactics and offer insights into particular denial types.
Inform the appropriate teams of important payer revisions.

Qualification:
Strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding concepts.
Experience with various medical billing software and Practice Management Systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to complex issues.

Education: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
