Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Quality Check of Welded Joints: Conduct thorough inspections of all welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards, safety requirements, and client specifications. Identify and correct any defects such as cracks, undercuts, or excessive porosity.

2. Grinding of Finished Welding Areas: Perform grinding and smoothing of welded surfaces to ensure a clean and professional finish. This includes preparing the welded area for painting or further assembly.

3. Willingness to Work Overtime for Urgent Tasks: Be prepared to work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines or handle urgent tasks. Flexibility in schedule is required to address priority work during high-demand periods.

4. Self-Discipline and Responsibility: Demonstrate a strong sense of discipline by adhering to safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and taking responsibility for the quality of your work.

5. Handling MIG Welding Machines: Be proficient in operating and maintaining various types of MIG welding machines, ensuring proper settings and techniques are applied for different materials and project specifications.

6. Self-Learning and Talented: Show initiative by continuously improving welding techniques and acquiring new skills related to welding, fitting, and setting works. Stay updated on the latest industry practices and innovations.

7. Interest in Learning Fitting and Fabrication Work: Display a genuine interest in expanding knowledge beyond welding, particularly in fitting, setting, and other fabrication-related tasks. Actively seek opportunities to learn and contribute to different stages of fabrication projects.
