Job Description
Responsibilities:
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders accurately while being aware of the precise tolerances and quality standards for Chennai-made products.
In order to ensure enough gripping and stability for the materials frequently utilised in our Chennai operations, install and accurately align the tools, fixtures, and workpieces in the CNC machine.
In order to optimise for material type and desired finish while taking into account the capabilities of our Chennai-based machinery, machine settings (speeds, feeds, and depth of cut) are manually programmed and adjusted at the control panel.
Using precision measurement tools, carefully examine completed items to ensure full conformance to specifications while following our Chennai plant's quality control procedures.
Follow the maintenance plan for our Chennai site when performing normal maintenance on CNC machines, such as lubrication, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.

Skills:
the capacity to correctly read and comprehend intricate engineering blueprints and drawings, including GD&T, while abiding by Chennai's industry norms.
competence with a variety of precision measurement tools to guarantee dimensional accuracy.
Outstanding attention to detail and a resolute dedication to creating precision-machined, high-quality products.
