Experience Requirement : 2 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any ITI / Diploma Graduation
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Using engineering drawings, work instructions, and CNC programs, set up and get CNC machines (such as lathes and mills) ready for production runs.
Choose and set up the proper workholding equipment, fixtures, and cutting tools.
To increase productivity and reduce cycle times, adjust the machining parameters (speeds, feeds, and depths of cut).
Skills:
shown expertise in assembling and running CNC equipment (mills, lathes) in a manufacturing scenario.
the capacity to understand and comprehend CNC programs, engineering drawings, and blueprints.
understanding of cutting tools, tooling selection, and machining procedures.
