Job description :

We are hiring Male and Female Production Line Workers for a leading multinational manufacturing company.

Selected candidates will work on fabrication and assembly production lines, ensuring efficient and high-quality production as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Work on fabrication and assembly lines as assigned
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Operate basic production tools and equipment safely
Maintain quality standards and meet production targets
Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area
Report issues or defects to supervisors

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Diploma only (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / related fields preferred)
Marks Requirement: Minimum 80% aggregate
Experience: 1-3 Years
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Language: Tamil and English
Basic to minimum English knowledge required to understand SOPs and work instructions

Skills Required:
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Basic technical understanding of production processes
Willingness to work in shifts
Good teamwork and discipline
Attention to detail and quality
