Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.

Monitor production processes and identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.

Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and report any major issues to senior engineers or maintenance personnel.

Contribute to the implementation of process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including logs, reports, and documentation of any deviations or issues encountered.

Assist in the collection and analysis of production data to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures.

Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and maintenance, to achieve production goals.

Skills and Abilities:

Qualification:

Diploma Fresher to 1 year of experience in a production environment Must have the ability to handle day-to-day production activities under supervision.

Must be able to maintain production documentation accurately and efficiently.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Strong attention to detail.
