Responsibilities
Assuring the elimination of issues;
managing incidents within the parameters of reporting;
offering users technical and functional support;
ensuring the appropriate control of application access by adhering to the guidelines relevant to its scope.
Implementing the system and the parameters that control its scope;
observing the seamless execution of processing in accordance with the production plan;
assessing the technical and functional quality of the interfaces and transfers between applications;
keeping an eye on the state of the technical components of the application;
verifying that application backups and restorations are operating as intended;
