Working under the direction of seasoned operators and supervisors, you will receive thorough training as a manufacturing Trainee in many facets of our manufacturing processes, machine operations, and quality control. The ideal applicant will be physically fit, extremely disciplined, fast to pick things up, and dedicated to helping create a production environment that is both safe and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
Learn how to set up, run, and keep an eye on machinery by watching and learning from seasoned operators.
As directed by the operator, assist with simple machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
Learn to distinguish between successful and unsuccessful products.
Learn how to handle and store various materials properly.
Keep the manufacturing area and workstations neat and organised.
When uncertain about tasks or procedures, ask questions and look for clarification.

What you Need:
High level of discipline, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per production requirements.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in EEE
