To coordinate with Transporter for Rate negotiations & material lifting. Maintaining database of price of all Raw Materials and its related products. Developing and Implementing purchasing strategies, preparing cost estimates and managing budgets All bank documents related to Import- LC, FD, Bank Guarantee, DAN Coordinating with CHA for Custom duty, Shipping Line, BE Preparing Stock Statement & Costing Preparing Cash flow every month on quarterly basis. Maintaining Creditor Statement of vendors along with Transport & CHA Preparing Cost sheet of every Import shipment.
Insurance declaration of MOPL, ACPL & SSPL for Import Shipments Preparing Delivery Challan & Eway bills for import Shipment Preparing NOC documents related to the query in Import Passing Bills of Local as well as Import Shipment Preparing Purchase Order Price negotiation with vendor.
Location: Chennai, Tamilnadu
Qualification: Any basic graduation
Exp: 1-2 yrs
