Job Description
Responsibilities:
Effectively distribute workers among different workstations, equipment, and production lines to maximise resource use.
Clearly define expectations, give directions, and make sure everyone in the team is aware of their roles and duties.
Assess and keep an eye on crucial control points, visual inspections, and in-process quality checks.
On the shop floor, make sure that everyone is wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
Engage in cross-functional improvement initiatives and offer suggestions.
Skills:
fundamental understanding of quality control methods and instruments.
knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, such as Kaizen and 5S.
