For our team in Chennai, we are looking for a very aggressive and well-organised administrative executive. You will be in charge of managing our office's daily administrative activities and making sure that everyone works efficiently and in a happy atmosphere. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organising abilities are necessary for this position, as is a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
Create, carry out, and keep an eye on production strategies and plans in accordance with overall corporate goals and client needs.
Find inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas where the production workflow needs to be improved.
Encourage the production team to adopt a mindset that prioritises quality and ongoing development.
Identify training needs, conduct performance reviews, and cultivate a cooperative and enthusiastic workplace.
Implement strategies to reduce workplace hazards and incidents, carry out frequent safety audits, and foster a strong safety culture.
Clearly convey the requirements, difficulties, and production status to senior management and other pertinent parties.

Skills:
Excellent communication abilities in Tamil and English, both in writing and speaking, are crucial.
knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
the capacity to manage private data with discretion and honesty.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 5+ yrs
