Job description :
As a Quality Assurance Manager in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for administrative operations.
- Conducting regular audits and reviews of administrative processes, documentation, and workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current processes and recommending actionable improvements.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to administrative service delivery and reporting on trends and outcomes.
- Collaborating with department heads to align quality objectives with broader business goals.
- Training and mentoring administrative staff on quality standards, documentation practices, and compliance requirements.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups.
- Leading or supporting continuous improvement initiatives using quality management methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Preparing detailed quality reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory or certification requirements.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in quality assurance, administrative operations, or process improvement within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in conducting audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with process documentation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
