The ideal applicant will be able to manage and instruct production operators on quality-related topics, have a solid grasp of quality control procedures, and have outstanding observational and problem solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Keep an accurate record of quality data in real time, including scrap, rework, and defect rates.
Report major quality deviations or persistent problems to the QA Engineer and production supervisor.
To comprehend the procedure and pinpoint places where quality has to be improved, collaborate closely with operators.
Stress how crucial it is to follow standard operating procedures and to be mindful of quality.
Inform the quality manager or engineer of the quality performance metrics on a daily basis.

What you Need:
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in inspection and data recording.
Good observational and problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing defects.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
