Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Education: Any ITI Degree

Responsibilities
Follow work orders, requirements, and drawings when performing TIG welding on a variety of materials, such as aluminium, stainless steel, and other alloys.
Configure and modify the welding equipment's gas flow, amperage, and voltage to produce the required weld quality.
Cleaning and preparation of the welding materials, including fitting, grinding, and cutting, are necessary.
Examine the welds for defects such cracks, porosity, and incomplete fusion.
Use gauges and other measuring devices to confirm the weld size and tolerances.

Qualification:
demonstrated expertise as a TIG welder.
strong familiarity with TIG welding equipment, procedures, and techniques.
the capacity to read and decipher welding symbols, drawings, and blueprints.
competence with a range of welding instruments and apparatus.
understanding of the characteristics of various welding materials.
the capacity to carry out both pre- and post-weld checks.

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
