Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to support and maintain quality standards within our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, inspecting materials and finished products, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards .The QA will play a key role in identifying issues, improving processes, and ensuring product reliability and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Conduct routine quality checks, including measurements, visual inspections, and functional tests.
Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems .
Record and analyze data related to product defects and production trends.
Document and report non-conformances, assist in root cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Perform internal quality audits and support external audits and inspections.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports.
Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements .

Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality data analysis tools.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
