Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Planning and Development of Quality Control Systems: Lead the strategic planning and implementation of quality control systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals. This includes the development of methodologies and tools to monitor, evaluate, and enhance product quality.

2. Coordination and Inspection of Raw Materials & Finished Products: Oversee and conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products, ensuring compliance with quality specifications. Coordinate the inspection process across various manufacturing stages such as cutting, welding, bending, finishing, and assembly to guarantee consistent product quality.

3. Quality Assurance Testing Models & Standards: Implement appropriate testing models and standards throughout the product lifecycle to ensure that quality assurance measures are met. This includes utilizing statistical and analytical tools to validate product performance, reliability, and safety.

4. Root Cause Identification & Corrective Actions: Investigate and identify the root cause of any quality issues or non-conformance. Coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions, process improvements, and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

5. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure that quality control measures are integrated into every phase of the production process. This includes providing input on design improvements and procurement specifications to enhance product quality.

6. Review of Documentation: Perform thorough reviews of design, manufacturing, and testing documentation to ensure that all technical requirements are met and quality standards are adhered to throughout the product development cycle.

7. Contract Compliance & Supplier Quality Management: Ensure compliance with contractual quality requirements by reviewing and approving supplier purchase orders and manufacturing processes. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and delivery timelines.

8. Additional Duties as Assigned: Take on additional quality control-related responsibilities as required, adapting to evolving project needs and organizational demands.
