Your Impact:
You will be in charge of overseeing, controlling, and improving every facet of our manufacturing facility's quality control operation. This crucial position entails making certain that every manufactured good continuously satisfies client expectations, applicable legal requirements, and established quality standards. Strong leadership qualities, a track record of successfully implementing quality systems, a thorough understanding of quality control principles, and exceptional communication skills in both Tamil and English are all required of the perfect applicant.

Key Responsibilities:
QMS Management: Create, oversee, and enhance the plant's Quality Management System (QMS) while making sure that it complies with applicable certifications and ISO standards.
Team Leadership: Oversee the hiring, training, performance management, and professional development of QC inspectors and engineers as well as lead, manage, and offer technical advice to the QC team.
Process Control: Manage all aspect of quality control during the production process, from inspection of incoming raw materials to in-process inspections and the release of the finished product.
Inspection & Testing: To confirm product quality and specification compliance, make sure that inspection plans, test processes, and inspection equipment are used correctly.
Defect management involves locating, looking into, and evaluating non-conforming goods or procedures. To stop recurrence, do root cause analysis and put effective corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) into place.

What you Need:
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Outstanding English communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
Implementation and Maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 5 to 10 yrs
