Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Control Lead to head the QC department for our derma-focused pharmaceutical operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing SOPs, ensuring process compliance, and driving continuous quality improvement across product lines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day activities of the Quality Control Department
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs in compliance with regulatory standards
Ensure all products meet internal and external quality specifications
Identify and drive quality improvement initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for quality investigations and audits
Monitor and document all QC processes, reports, and deviations
Support in regulatory inspections and compliance documentation
Key Requirements:
Strong understanding of pharma QC processes, especially in dermatology
Experience in SOP writing, GMP compliance, and documentation standards
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Attention to detail with a proactive approach to quality assurance
