Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop highly responsive web applications using React.

- Implement web services and RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.

- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Employ Azure services for application deployment, monitoring, and scaling.

- Ensure optimal performance of applications by conducting code reviews and optimizations.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with an emphasis on component-based architecture.

- Integrate with version control systems like Git for effective collaboration and code management.

- Lead implementation efforts for application features while adhering to Agile methodologies.

- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and coding techniques.

- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Utilize testing frameworks to conduct comprehensive unit and integration testing.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve production issues and provide post-deployment support.

- Document development processes, code changes, and application architecture.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on React.

- Experience with Azure cloud services practices.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

- Solid understanding of application performance metrics and optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices using Azure.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance.

- Proven experience in collaborative software development using Agile methodologies.

- Experience with unit testing and knowledge of relevant testing frameworks.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.
